At Campus Shoes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
